Minimum Flight Requirements:

1200 Hours total time with 800 Hours Pilot in Command, 500 Hours Cross Country, 100 hour night, 75 hours of IFT of which 50 Hours must be in the aircraft. If applying for a multi-engine position 200 hours of multi time.


US Pilot certification with commercial license with instrument rating and; equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to perform the work. Two year degree in Aviation or equivalent education is desirable. Garmin avionics experience a plus. Candidate must possess valid driver's license in accordance with Company and airport policy; successfully complete security, background check, and drug and alcohol testing in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations, Company and airport policy.

Maintenance Technician (Full Time- KMHT)


Performs scheduled and non-scheduled mechanical maintenance on all Company and customer owned aircraft required by Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations, Wiggins Airways business plan, policies and procedures, and customer regulations; Inspects and diagnoses discrepancies to identify defective components
Determines serviceability of aircraft and components;Researches and recommends repair and purchase of replacement parts as required; Cleans and maintains tooling, equipment and work areas; Changes and repairs faulty components in accordance with FAA regulations, sound business practice, safety concerns and Wiggins Airways policies and procedures; Completes all necessary paperwork including logbook entries, FAA and repair station forms; Safely operates and transports Company and customer equipment in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Manchester Airport (MHT), and Wiggins Airways policies and procedures; Participates at the highest level as a Maintenance Technician team member, supporting co-workers in their duties and providing extra-ordinary service to any Wiggins Airways' customer;
Maintains due diligence on all matters of security and safety; Participates in general housekeeping duties such as facility cleaning, snow and sand removal, etc.


Graduation from high school or an equivalent program and; A&P Maintenance certification and; Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to perform the work. Must be able to pass drug & alcohol test and security background check for Manchester/Boston Regional Airport.

Company Benefits

    Group medical, prescription, vision and dental insurance is available to all regular full-time employees, their spouses and children up to age 19 (or 23 if in school). The Company pays a portion medical cost. Life insurance, in an amount equal to base wage, is provided to all full-time employees at no cost to the employee. Employees become eligible for insurance benefits approximately 30 days from date of full-time employment. Short Term Disability insurance is provided to all full-time employees at no cost to the employee after nine months of full-time employment.

    Regular full time employees are paid for time lost due to sickness up to 48 hours per calendar year. Sick leave is accrued at the rate of 4 hours per month of service over the calendar year. Unused time may be carried to the next calendar year not to exceed a maximum of 64 hours.

    In year one of employment, regular full time employees accrue vacation at the rate of 4 hours per month of employment, not to exceed a total of 40 hours. The vacation must be taken during the succeeding calendar year. During the second through ninth calendar years of employment, employees accrue 80 hours of vacation per calendar year. During the tenth through seventeenth calendar years, employees accrue 120 hours of vacation. In the eighteenth calendar year of employment and beyond, employees accrue 160 hours of vacation. Unused vacation time does not carry to the next calendar year.

    Generally, employees receive seven paid holidays per year. A holiday schedule is issued annually.

    Hourly employees are paid 1
    ½ times the regular rate for work performed in excess of forty hours.
